If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Eligibility
- Damaged, leaking or wrong items — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Unopened products in original packaging — within 7 days of delivery
Not eligible
Opened or used personal-care and ingestible products can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI) within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
